"Kung Fu Panda 3" slays all 3 newly released films; "The Force Awakens" crosses $2 billion mark internationally.

"Kung Fu Panda 3" has claimed another weekend victory by making $21 million this Super Bowl weekend. The latest directorial effort by the Coen brothers, "Hail, Caesar!" came in second place by making an estimated $11,439,000 this weekend with mixed critic and audience reviews. "The Revenant" also had a decent showing this weekend, coming in third place to the tune of $7,100,000. Its domestic total gross is nearing $150 million. "Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens" made $6,890,000 this weekend, coming in 4th place. Its domestic total gross has passed the $900 million mark domestically as well, and it has now gross $905,961,469. WOWZA!! Rounding out the top 5 this weekend was another Nicholas Sparks adaptation, "The Choice," which made $6,085,000 in its debut weekend.
