There is no doubt the month of April has belonged to "Furious 7," and this weekend, it brought in an additional estimated $18,259,000 in the United States alone. It also enters into the top 5 all-time global earners, bringing its total to $1,321,536,000 worldwide. Speaking of global earnings, while Americans must wait until May 1st for "Avengers: Age of Ultron," it has already been tearing up the foreign box offices, bringing in a whopping $201,200,000 in its opening weekend overseas. We're certain it is on the fast-track to an over one billion dollar payday. In more depressing news this weekend, "Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2," despite it being panned by critics and audiences alike, brought in an additional $15,500,000, which makes us weep silently for the future of humanity. The charming romantic drama starring Blake Lively, "The Age of Adaline," debuts this weekend at #3, bringing in an estimated $13,375,000. The artificial intelligence sci-fi drama "Ex Machina" got an expanded release this weekend, which vaulted it to #6, earning $5,441,000.
