Here are our picks for November!

*November 2015's Best Release: "Brooklyn" - We just couldn't decide between two films this month for the best release of November. The first, "Brooklyn," which is powerful in its own way. It is a beautiful film, covered in vibrant colors, with a charming love story, and a realistic approach. This movie will not only be one of our best of the best films from 2015, but it is also one of the best movies we have seen in the entire length of time we have been continuously going to the movies. Saoirse Ronan is a marvel, Emory Cohen is great, and the direction and cinematography is some of the best we have seen. Please, do yourself a favor and see this film! Our rating: 10/10.
*November 2015's Best Release: "Spotlight" - "Spotlight" is powerful for a completely different reason than "Brooklyn." Full of tremendous acting, a poignant and impactful story, and the best film about journalism since "All the President's Men," the writing is crisp, the juxtaposition of scenes is intense, and the darkness of its tone serves only to enlighten and expose. Look out for lots of Oscar nominations for this one! Our rating: 10/10.
*November 2015's Worst Release: "Love the Coopers" - We're sick and tired of Christmas movies where families hate getting together during the holiday season. The holidays shouldn't be an obligation, and "Love the Coopers" takes a large amount of awful people who dislike each other and thinks it'll make high quality entertainment. Billed as a comedy, the few laughs in this film fall flat here, the acting is atrocious, the editing of it all is terrible, and the drama is Lifetime-esque at best. Abhorrent. Our rating: 2/10.
